Therapy

1.
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy is a space where you can show up as you are, talk things through, and feel heard without judgment. We’ll work together to help you better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and find tools that feel right for you.
2.
Trauma Focused Counseling
I integrate trauma work into all session when appropriate. With me as the trauma specialist and you as the expert in your own life, we will work together to tailor the trauma specific therapy to you.
3.
Couples Counseling
Couples can benefit from therapy to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship. I work with couples of any kind, with a focus on couples that have experienced trauma.
4.
Family Counseling
My goal is for families to feel supported and know they don’t have to work through everything on their own. Sessions will focus on healthier communication, working through disagreements, and understanding each other on a deeper level so your family can build stronger, healthier relationships.
Therapy Approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in 7+ years of experience in trauma specific therapy. I have been qualified as an expert in trauma and carry a trauma ceritification. Therapy sessions are tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring a personalized and effective treatment process. While I have extensive experience working with trauma, I see clients for a range of different issues.

About Me
Hi, I’m Olivia! I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for all people of all ages. My goal is to support clients in navigating their challenges while fostering meaningful growth. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth in therapy

Meet Dolly
Dolly is my Springer Spaniel who is currently training to become a therapy dog. She has a calm and welcoming personality and loves to offer a little extra comfort through cuddling on the couch. My experience working with my previous therapy dog over the past six years has shown me how meaningful the presence of a dog can be in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Dolly is typically present during sessions and may offer a comforting presence as we work together. Her participation is always optional, and she is happy to take a break from sessions whenever requested. My goal is to ensure that every client feels comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their time in therapy.
