Do you provide insurance?
Yes, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna. I also offer documentation for Superbilling to submit for reimbursement from your insurance.
How do I schedule?

How often will I come to therapy?
Scheduling is individualized to your specific concerns, schedule, and needs. I typically reccomend starting with weekly therapy. However, if you prefer something else, we will discuss that in the first session.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
You can email or call me to cancel your appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 24 hours or you no show your appointment, you will be charged the full session rate.
Is it okay if I am late to a session or I forget?
I have a 15 minute grace period for running late. You will miss that time in the session, but the session will still be held. If you forget your appointment and no show, you will be charged the full session rate.
